Written report
Every finding ranked by impact and effort, with the evidence behind it: traces, query plans, flame graphs or a process map.
Metad Diagnostic
A fixed-scope, fixed-price look at one slow app, API, database or manual workflow. We measure, find the causes, ship the quick wins, and hand you a ranked plan for the rest.
$2,500fixed · 5 business days
We confirm the scope on the call before you pay anything.
What you get
Every finding ranked by impact and effort, with the evidence behind it: traces, query plans, flame graphs or a process map.
Findings filed as issues in your tracker (GitHub, Linear or Jira), ready for your team or ours to pick up.
Low-risk fixes we can make inside the week land as PRs in your repo, benchmarked against the baseline.
We walk your team through the findings, answer questions, and agree on what to do first.
A month later we re-measure to confirm the gains held, and flag anything that regressed.
Scope
Pick the one that hurts most. If you're not sure which, that's what the intro call is for.
A slow page, endpoint or background job, end to end.
Postgres, MySQL or MongoDB: queries, indexes, config and load.
One business process where people copy, paste and chase. We map it and find what to automate.
30-min kickoff, access check, and a baseline of the numbers that matter.
Profiling, tracing, query analysis or process mapping. No changes to production.
Quick wins as PRs, each benchmarked. Larger fixes scoped and estimated.
Report, backlog and a 60-min readout with your team.
What we need
The report
One app, API, database or business workflow that we can measure end to end in a week. If what you describe is bigger, we'll tell you on the intro call and suggest where to start.
If the report doesn't identify at least one fix you judge to be worth the $2,500 fee, tell us within 14 days of the readout and we refund you in full. You keep the report either way.
If you book a Project Sprint or Fractional Team engagement within 30 days of the readout, the full $2,500 comes off the first invoice.
No. The report and backlog are written so your own team can act on them.
On the first business day after access is working. Most teams sort access in a day or two after the intro call.
We invoice once the scope is confirmed on the intro call, and the five days start when access is ready.
