No catch, but a few ground rules.
- Describe, don't attach. We don't need your files or your clients' data to give a first opinion. Please leave out names, numbers and passwords.
- The price is a range, not a quote. A fixed quote comes after a short call or the Metad Diagnostic, once we've seen the real files and volumes.
- We'll say no when it's not worth it. If a checklist or a cheap off-the-shelf tool would do the job, that's what we'll tell you.
- You won't end up on a mailing list. We reply to you personally. Nothing gets published without your OK.
